Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lymphoria. Please read this policy to understand how and when your order is processed and delivered.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
When order volume is high, processing can take slightly longer. We will let you know by email if your order is affected.

Shipping Options, Costs and Delivery Time

USPS Standard — Free. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
USPS Express + Insurance — $4.90. Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch, with priority handling plus insurance against theft, loss or damage in transit.

The options and prices available for your address are always shown at checkout before payment. Total estimated time from order to delivery is processing time plus delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier conditions, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can check the status of your shipment at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Incorrect Address and Failed Deliveries

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when you order. To correct an address, contact us within 3 hours of placing your order.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A reshipping fee of $5 may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as described in our Refund Policy.
