Need to change or cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible — once an order has been processed, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Order Changes
- To change items or update your shipping address, contact us within 3 hours of placing your order.
- Requests received after that cannot be guaranteed, because your order may already be in our fulfillment process.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed. After that they enter our fulfillment queue and can no longer be cancelled, because processing and shipment start right away.
If your order could not be cancelled, you can still return the products after delivery under our Refund Policy.
After Shipping
- Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- You can follow your package on our Track Your Order page.
